With a reputation for being an inspiring creative strategist, he is also a visiting college lecturer and conference speaker, and has written articles and appeared on TV talking on the subject of Corporate Identity, Brand strategy, product innovation and how to make the right ideas come to life.

Marksteen’s award winning work as Global Creative Director of Interbrand included; ‘Welcome to Estonia’ a unique brand identity project commissioned by the Estonian Government; the brand identity for the merger creating PriceWaterhouseCoopers; the brand identity for the merger between Pharmacia and Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, and the Niceday brand and packaging range for WHSmith.
Louise
Arthur
Louise has over 10 years experience in the field of branding, design and advertising. She has worked in leading organisations including Interbrand (Newell & Sorrell), Wolff Olins, Design Bridge and BMP. As the Interbrand US Executive head of project management, Louise was responsible for setting up, directing and managing the project management capability across the New York, San Francisco and Chicago offices.

At Newell and Sorrell, Amsterdam, Louise worked in partnership with Marksteen Adamson directing and managing the brand identity creation and implementation programme for the merger between Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse – PricewaterhouseCoopers.
 
Mike
Horne
Mike Horne has made a career out of developing marketing that delivers business results. He is an accomplished speaker, with regular engagements ranging from International CRM conferences, to events at the Houses of Parliament and business conferences.

Having spent seven years working on the client side with BAT, he moved to Brann and ultimately ran the flagship London office of the merged Evans Hunt Scott and Brann agencies – EHSBrann.

As Managing Director he oversaw award winning work for clients such as Tesco, Volvo, the AA and Barclays, as well as developing the agency skills in web based marketing and winning on-line accounts such as Egg and Adidas.
