ADM is an international promotional products company. They create bespoke, product based communications and POS programmes for major consumer brands. With 18 offices in 13 countries covering every continent, they work to amplify brand connections with consumers through innovative product promotions. ASHA was asked to help reposition and rebrand ADM to allow them to play a more strategic role with clients. The aim was to create a ‘refreshingly honest’ brand reflecting ADM’s experience and ability to connect brands and consumers at street level.
What we did:
ASHA created a ‘stamp’ as a symbol and mark of endorsement. The words ‘inspired by’, ‘created by’ and ‘delivered by’ circle the ADM logotype and reflect ADM's core areas of expertise. This stamp is used across all brand material. ASHA then created a character called ‘ADAM’ whose function was to represent the values and services provided by ADM. The Styling of Adam was inspired by Otl Aicher's pictograms designed and used for the Munich Olympic Games of 1972.
Icons of Adam were created to represent different services, values and case histories. ASHA used these icons in their creation of the brand communication material, including design of the website architecture and templates, corporate stationery, brand literature and promotional items such as screensavers, moleskin sketch books, pencils and a USB flash drive.
